Iron printing paint drying room
This equipment is mainly used for drying after printing or coating on the surface of metal sheets. The whole line is mainly composed of conveying, feeding device, drying, cooling, unloading and accumulation.The main heating energy can be applied: electricity, city gas, petroleum liquefied gas, natural gas, diesel oil, kerosene, coal-fired hot stove and other energy sources can also be used.
Imported PLC and frequency conversion controller are adopted to realize shaftless transmission to ensure the synchronization of feeding, printing, unloading, receiving and conveying.
The front and rear transmissions are closed and beautiful in appearance.
Unloading protection, conveyor chain tensioning, and metal sheet alignment are all realized by pneumatic control.
While the iron feeding part adopts stepless speed change, it also adopts vacuum adsorption and servo system to implement buffering, so as to ensure that the metal sheet will not be damaged or scratched during high-speed conveying.
It is fixed by sliding guide rails, so that the heating and cooling can be expanded and contracted freely.
The sliding rollers of the conveyor chain do not need to be lubricated and can run smoothly.
The temperature of each temperature zone of the drying tunnel is easy to adjust, and even, with little fluctuation.
